Return & Refund Policy 

At La Calle, every item is made just for you — printed on demand to match your flow. Because of that, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size or a change of mind. 

Received a damaged or defective item? 

We got you. If your merch arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery using the Contact Us form on our site. Be sure to include: 

  • Your order ID 

  • Photos clearly showing the issue 

We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund — whatever works best for you. 

Other important notes: 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or style changes. 

  • If a package is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, we’ll refund the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
